Frequently Asked Questions

  • We take pride in our products and customer service. Most of our items are custom and are non-returnable/refundable. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days via email (with an attached picture), so we can correct the error. If an order is incorrect by fault of the buyer (incorrect spelling, etc.) or an incorrect proof has been approved we will be happy to reprint the item after it has been purchased again.

  • Proofs will not automatically be shared for orders, but we’re happy to send a proof to make sure you’re more than thrilled with your design and color choices if requested. Please send us an email at paper@mannerly.com with this request. Please note this extends the processing time by 5+ business days depending on how quickly a response back is sent. If an emailed proof goes unresponded to after 7 business days, we will process the order with the selections you made.

  • We’d love to discuss a bulk order discount. Please email us with your order details and we’ll work with you the best we can to get the price adjusted.
