Sorority Recruitment Etiquette & Preparation Workshop
High school senior girls who are planning to participate in sorority recruitment in college next year are invited to join this interactive preparation class hosted by Mannerly in collaboration with a sorority recruitment expert.
This 90-minute session will provide an overview of the sorority recruitment process while helping participants build the confidence and communication skills needed for recruitment. Girls will participate in guided “rush conversation” rotations, practicing how to ask and answer questions while rotating through conversations—an essential skill used during every round of recruitment. The goal is to help attendees feel comfortable navigating the art of conversation and making authentic connections during rush.
The session will be interactive and engaging, featuring guided practice, expert insights from an experienced advisor, and practical conversation skills students will carry with them long after recruitment.
High school senior girls and their mothers are welcome to attend.
